Served with:  Bow Tie Pasta with Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives and Virgin Olive Oil.  Mixed Greens with Sunflower Seeds, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes and Croutons with a Creamy Italian Leek Dressing.  Focaccia Bread, Chocolate Dipped Biscotti, Assorted Soda, Sparkling and Spring Water
